The ‘2019 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report’ has listed RCSS as the number 1 think tank in Sri Lanka and among the top ten think tanks in South Asia for the second consecutive year.

The Report, compiled by The Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP) of the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, was released on 27th January 2020. The report was based on data collected globally on a total of 8,248 Think Tanks in 2018-2019.

RCSS has been ranked 132nd globally, within top 10 in South Asia and number 1 in Sri Lanka in the category of Top Think Tanks World Wide (U.S. and Non-U.S.). Furthermore, RCSS has been ranked 34th globally and number 01 in South Asia in the category Best Regional Studies Centre.
