RCSS and GPPAC in partnership with the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, New Delhi, held a day long seminar on ―Conflict Early Warning: Contemporary Regional Environments and Implications for J & K in Jammu, India. The seminar and replica rolex watches discussion looked at the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir, and identified ongoing trends and potential for early warning.

This seminar was part of the IPCS annual conference titled ―South Asia 2014: Armed Conflicts, Peace Audit and replica watches uk Early Warning‖ that was held in New Delhi on 20-21 of December 2013. The Seminar was attended by 6 paper presenters and approximately 80 participants, including GPPAC South Asia members, South Asian academics, Jammu and Kashmir Security Forces, former and current diplomats, Indian Administrative Officers of J & K, journalists and University students.
